Items Damaged in Transit/Shipment
Redlinewatersports.com will do everything in our power to see that items are not damaged in shipment. However, if your order arrives with any noticeable damage to the box, it is the responsibility of the recipient to report this damage to the corresponding freight company. In order to resolve shipping damages recipient may be required to file a claim with the shipping company. Please contact FedEx immediately at 1-800-469-9993 if damage is found. If your order was shipped via other means please contact sales@redlinewatersports.com or call 1-888-420-7547 (h20-Skir) immediately. Do not sign for a damaged package without notating the damage with the delivery person or shipping company. The recipient assumes responsibility when a signing for or receiving a package.

Returns: Returns of unused merchandise are accepted up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Your refund will exclude shipping charges. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee if item is not in original packaging with all labels. 

For warranty issues, you are responsible for shipping charges to send your items back to Redlinewatersports.com warranty department. Replacement items can not be sent out until the original items are received and the manufacturer has deemed the items warrantable.

Exchanges: To exchange an item simply return it using the return process (above) and place a new order online or over the phone for the item you want.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Redlinewatersports.com or Redline Watersports, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Redline Watersports, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Redline Watersports, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Redline Watersports, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
