Paul is our long standing General Manager – Throughout the years he’s done just about every job in the dealership. His love for the boating lifestyle keeps him motivated to provide the very best shopping and service experience at Redline. When he is not at the dealership, he enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, skiing, biking and more.
Mindy’s tenure at Redline is surpassed only by her husband’s. She also has filled many shoes over the years, but these days you can mostly find her behind-the-scenes. When not at Redline, she keeps busy chasing two kids and their many activities.
An avid fisherman and outdoorsman, Colton has embraced the watersports lifestyle. In just a few short months he learned to wakeboard, slalom and surf. He loves being on the water and is full of facts about MasterCraft Boats. He's your go-to guy for all that is new in the line and helping you find the right boat for your family
Jackson is the youngest member of our team on the sales floor. His enthusiasm for board sports is surpassed by very few. He is your go-to guy for all your pro shop questions. A soon to be high school graduate, you'll find Jackson in the showroom in the afternoons but until the ice melts, he spends his weekends racing his snowmobile. You'll see more of him at the events all summer.
This is the guy you talk to! As the Service Administrator, it's Tim's job to make sure you are up-to-date on the status of your service. Just entering his second year on the team, Tim has immersed himself in the boating lifestyle. - He even learned to wake surf this summer! Tim lives with his wife and two kids in Janesville. He loves to cook and often brings us some tasty treats - Lucky Us!
Mike is the leader of the shop and often knows the customer not only by face, but also byboat. Fully certified by MasterCraft, Indmar andIlmor and Honda. Mike runs the apprentice program helping new technicians learn the skills specific to the marine industry. Mike lives with his fiancée in Edgerton. If the sun is out and he's not at Redline, he and Amber are usually riding their Harley.
Since joining Redline a few years ago, Bryan has continued his training in fiberglass repair. He also leads the detailing team and is responsible for making sure your boat is nice and shiny. A Waunakee native, Bryan plays in a softball league and enjoys being with his friends and family.
Richie joined the team this summer as a level II Tech. Originally from California, his extensive background in engine repair makes him a great fit in the Redline family. Richie recently returned from his first trip to Service School at Penske's racing facility, home of Ilmor Marine. There he experienced the factory and completed training in MasterCraft and Ilmor components. When not at Redline Richie spends much of his free time on his bike.
Steve is the guy you see bringing your boat around for hook up. Efficient, and truthfully, hard to keep up with, Steve is charged with maintaining all the boats on the lot and in storage, as well as the buildings, equipment and properties. Our go-to guy, there's not much he can't do.
Sammy came to us when he was 16 as a quiet, hard-working kid. Since then he's graduated high school and is enrolled at Madison College. Always dependable, Sam's work ethic & humor make him fun to work with. Sam works as part of our detail and support staff.
Another McFarland High School student, Spencer is quick with a smile and has a wide variety of interests. As a member of the support staff, Spencer assists Steve with the building maintenance and Bryan and Sam with detailing.
