Our Staff / In politics, it's the economy; in business, it's the people.

Your experience at Redline solely depends on how our great staff takes care of you. We're proud to introduce Madison's leading team of boating and watersports professionals!

Paul Vitucci

  Paul Vitucci

Paul is our long standing General Manager – Throughout the years he’s done just about every job in the dealership. His love for the boating lifestyle keeps him motivated to provide the very best shopping and service experience at Redline. When he is not at the dealership, he enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, skiing, biking and more.

Mindy Vitucci

Mindy’s tenure at Redline is surpassed only by her husband’s. She also has filled many shoes over the years, but these days you can mostly find her behind-the-scenes. When not at Redline, she keeps busy chasing two kids and their many activities.

Adam is the energetic voice you hear when you call the Service Desk.  He recently has joined our team and is eager to make your service experience memorable.  When away from the dealership, you may find him on the baseball field or at the hockey rink with Oregon Youth Sports or camping with his family.

 schoepp-jackson.pngJackson Schoepp

Jackson is the youngest member of our team on the sales floor.  His enthusiasm for board sports is surpassed by very few.  He is your go-to guy for all your pro shop questions.  A hometown guy attending UW-Madison, you'll find Jackson in the showroom in the afternoons.  When not here or on campus you'll find him on his snowmobile or on the lake.  During the summer he also coaches our wake and surf events.

 Mike Corbett

Mike is the leader of the shop and often knows the customer not only by face, but also byboat. Fully certified by MasterCraft, Indmar andIlmor and Honda. Mike runs the apprentice program helping new technicians learn the skills specific to the marine industry. Mike lives with his fiancée in Edgerton.  If the sun is out and he's not at Redline, he and Amber are usually riding their Harley.

Bryan Ross

Since joining Redline a few years ago, Bryan has continued his training in fiberglass repair. He also leads the detailing team and is responsible for making sure your boat is nice and shiny. A Waunakee native, Bryan plays in a softball league and enjoys being with his friends and family.

richard-kale.pngRichard Kale

Richie joined the team this summer as a level II Tech. Originally from California, his extensive background in engine repair makes him a great fit in the Redline family. Richie recently returned from his first trip to Service School at Penske's racing facility, home of Ilmor Marine. There he experienced the factory and completed training in MasterCraft and Ilmor components. When not at Redline Richie spends much of his free time on his bike.

 steve-roberts.pngSteve Roberts

Steve is the guy you see bringing your boat around for hook up. Efficient, and truthfully, hard to keep up with, Steve is charged with maintaining all the boats on the lot and in storage, as well as the buildings, equipment and properties. Our go-to guy, there's not much he can't do.

sammy-vc.redline-watersports-web.jpg Sammy Cantu-Vasquez

Sammy came to us when he was 16 as a quiet, hard-working kid. Since then he's graduated high school and is enrolled at Madison College. Always dependable, Sam's work ethic & humor make him fun to work with. Sam works as part of our detail and support staff.

spencer-ross.png Spencer Ross

Spencer worked with us when he was in high school keeping the building looking nice and neat.  After traveling for a bit, he has returned to join the team in the Quality Control and Building Management assistant.  Always with a smile on his face, Spencer is eager to assist where needed and full of conversation.
