Paul is our long standing General Manager – Throughout the years he’s done just about every job in the dealership. His love for the boating lifestyle keeps him motivated to provide the very best shopping and service experience at Redline. When he is not at the dealership, he enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, skiing, biking and more.
Mindy’s tenure at Redline is surpassed only by her husband’s. She also has filled many shoes over the years, but these days you can mostly find her behind-the-scenes. When not at Redline, she keeps busy chasing two kids and their many activities.
Jason GallagherJason is an avid wakeboarder and loves getting on the lake as much as he can, especially when his wife and son are able to join him and enjoy the water too. His knowledge of the MasterCraft and Premier boat lines is extensive and he is always is happy to show you the newest features.
Griffin Peschservice@redlinewatersports.com
Griffin started at Redline behind the scenes in the service department and has worked his way up to the Service Writer position. When needing service on your boat, Grif will be happy to schedule your appointment and answer any questions you may have. In his spare time you'll find him riding his Harley or snowmobile depending on the season.
Mike is one of the success stories of McFarland High School’s Youth Apprentice Program. After graduation he continued his education at MATC and is now Redline's lead technician. He holds the highest certifications from MasterCraft and annually attends classes at Honda, Indmar and Ilmor engine companies. The only thing Mike likes better than working on engines is running them.

Jason Kysely
A recent addition, Jason manages all the inventory flowing through our doors. He grew up on Lake Keesus skiing, boating, and just lovin’ to be on the water with his friends and family. He will graduate in May 2013 with degrees in History and Political Science from the UW-Madison. In the summer you’ll find him outdoors, running, biking, and tearing up the lake.
Tyler Kneubuehl
Occupying both the Pro Shop Manager’s chair and a desk next to Jason G. (well, figuratively, as there really isn’t one yet), Tyler is the newest personality to join the ranks of Team Redline.
Ryan Struve
Originally from Las Vegas, Groovy Struvey spent his summers as an avid skier and boater on Pine Lake in Waupaca, WI. He graduated from Fox Valley Tech with a degree in industrial welding. Since then he has perfected the art of gel coat application and is sure to treat your baby with love when you bring her in for repairs.
Ryan Moore
Ryan is your waterski and wakeboard expert. He will help you find the best ski, board, or tube and all the accessories to go with it. When not working, you’ll find him on Lake Kegonsa or in Whitewater where he majors in Film Media and rides with the ski and wakeboard team.
Tyler Payne
Stoughton senior T-Payne has, is, and continues to be a valuable asset to Redline. Tyler is finishing up his Youth Apprenticeship, moving into the Level 2 Tech position, and plans on attending MATC after graduation. He lives and breathes engines, and (if you can catch him) you’ll find him blazing the trails on his snowmobile or cruising the road on his motorcycle.
Ryan Kielhofer
R3 (If you haven’t noticed, we’ve got two Jason’s, two Tyler’s, and three Ryan’s!) is a junior attending La Follette High School in Madison. After school and on Saturdays, he constitutes an integral part of our Support Staff. Ryan likes to hunt, engage in target archery, and is always down to hit up the lake for some wakeboarding.
Jake Conant
Jake, a Stoughton junior, occupies important roles within our Support Staff. He raises show pigs and exhibits them at both the county and state levels; but, when he isn’t doing that, you can find him riding the trails with Tyler, or in the woods scoping out that elusive thirty pointer.
Most of us have a love for the water, but John definitely takes his passion to the next level. As a Ronix team rider, you’ll find John rippin’ up Lake Mendota all summer long. John’s technical skills as a rider make him an excellent coach and also gives him the expertise to find you the perfect board. John will be earning his degree in May 2013 from UW-Madison.
