In politics, it's the economy; in business, it's the people.
Your experience at Redline solely depends on how our great staff takes care of you. We're proud to introduce Madison's leading team of boating and watersports professionals!
Paul Vitucci paul@redlinewatersports.com Paul is our General Manager – and if you’ve ever done any management, you know that means he can be found on the sales floor, behind the service counter, setting up your new ski, or even working on your boat. Paul is almost always at the store and although it may sound like he’s busy, his favorite thing to do is talk to customers - So, don’t hesitate to say "Hi" next time you’re in.
Mindy Vitucci mindy@redlinewatersports.com You won’t see near as much of Mindy at the store as you used to. She only works part time now that she has become a full time mother to Jack and baby Emma. Mindy manages most of the marketing pieces you’ll see, including, but definitely not limited to, our Redline Newsletter, our store brochures, sale reminders and the Redline E-news. If there’s anything you want to share with other water sports enthusiasts, let her know via email and she’ll try to get into our next publication.
Jason Gallagher sales@redlinewatersports.com Jason is new to Team Redline but he's already done some great things in the boat sales department! He is an avid wakeboarder and loves getting out on the water as much as he can. If you have any questions about the great Mastercraft boats and JC Pontoons we sell or are just curious about any of the water sports we support don't hesitate to ask him!
Matt Hofeldt matth@redlinewatersports.com
Whether he's actually been an employee or not over the past handful of years, Matt has spent more time around the dealership than just about anyone. He loves MasterCraft Boats and it shows. On the water he's multi-faceted, but if given the choice of one thing to do, he'd likely choose barefooting.
Tyler Morgan service@redlinewatersports.com Tyler will help you with any service concerns you have and schedule all your maintenance. He is also our newest addition to our service staff starting in early September '08. We've yet to find out how good Tyler is on the water, but rest assured he will keep your boat on the water.
Ryan Welsh service@redlinewatersports.com
Ryan is Redline’s Gel/Fiberglass & Upholstery Technician. He oversees
all fiberglass/gel coat repairs, upholstery repairs, and light
maintenance you may have done on your boat. Ryan has been in the
industry for 8 years. Ryan enjoys working on cars and boating with his

A 2006 graduate, Mike already has 4 years technical experience and continues his education a MATC while working here at Redline. The only thing Mike likes better than working on engines is running them – in particular, that in his snowmobile!
Mike Seaworth proshop@redlinewatersports.com Mike is the newest member of team Redline and was a wakeboard instructor for three years at Fair Hills Resort in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. He goes to school at UW-Madison where he is studying mechanical engineering. He is a well versed wakeboarder, wake surfs as much as he can and has just started barefooting! Mike is happy to answer any questions you may have so stop in and say hi!
Eric Fuhrmann ericf@redlinewatersports.comEric recently graduated from UW-La Crosse and moved to Madison to take over as Pro Shop Manager. He's lived the ski lifestyle since childhood, and Captained the UW-L Waterski and Wakeboard Team during his time in La Crosse. During ski season he's always looking to hit the water, so let him know if you ever need a third.
Sam Topper proshop@redlinewatersports.comSam is a student at UW-Eau Claire. Sam joined Team Redline this spring and can usually be found assisting our customers with any pro shop purchase. But after the long days at the store, he's also spent time hanging out on the boats, attending ski & wakeboard clinics, collegiate tournaments, and riding a little himself.
Casey Stern proshop@redlinewatersports.comCasey is our computer guy. He is in charge of maintaining our eBay account, website, Facebook, and helping Mindy out with event planning and marketing. Casey is currently a student at UW Eau Claire where he is studying advertisement. Even though he spends most of his day on the computer, he is another member of our knowledgeable sales staff. Since he's been on the water most of his life, don't be afraid to ask about whatever you have questions about.
John Zdeblick proshop@redlinewatersports.com
Most of us have a love for the water, but John definitely takes his
passion to the next level. All summer long, you’ll find John rippin’ up
Lake Mendota and when the ice is on the lake, John represents Middleton
High School at all the swim & dive meets. John’s technical skills
as a rider make him an excellent coach and also gives him the expertise
to find you the perfect board.
